Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation Policy:** 1. **Session Cancellation:** If you need to cancel a scheduled netball coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. 2. **Rescheduling:** Sessions can be rescheduled if notice is given within the required time frame. Rescheduling will be subject to availability and must be arranged directly with the coach. Please note this is for 1 on 1 or small group sessions. For team sessions rescheduling will be attempted to be made in the event of wet weather. 3. **Refunds:** Coaching sessions are non-refundable. A refund request may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed. 4. **No-Show Policy:** If you miss a 1:1 or small group session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeit, and no refund or reschedule will be offered. All team and squads missed sessions are considered forfeit. For any questions or to discuss your specific situation, please contact the coach directly. Please note we will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur or as a result of a coaching session.Participate at your own risk. Participants consent to the use of photographs, videos or any other media recordings taken during a coaching session for promotional and educational purposes unless otherwise notified in written form.
